I had a great 4-night stay here! The whole room was good-sized with a bed and a pull-out couch.- The service was impeccable.- The location was particularly good, close to a grocery store.- In the restaurant, they served American cuisine dishes.

The airport was 0.5 km away from here, peaceful location. The staff was welcoming, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. The rooms with a sofa, a pull out couch, as for instance were new-fashioned and updated.

The location here is perfect for those visiting for the first time, plus the meals at the hotel are amazing.

Wonderful experience there. Outstanding and amazing food. Great services! Fast check-out. Particularly good location, 20 minutes drive from the airport. For tea or coffee visit Dairy Queen nearby.

The location was great, close to shopping mall, stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. The room was modern and the bathroom had an upgraded tub. The breakfast had plenty of selection and the food was fine.

The beds were nice. When a problem arose the staff took care of it but problems arose too often.

The housekeeping staff were very poor forgetting to replenish supplies etc. The A/C system was horrible. Got back to the hotel after a long day and the room key card would not work.

Had a really nice stay with my kids for 2 nights. Got good services and a neat, newly remodelled room with a king-size bed.- The location was magnificent in the ideal area, with a small restaurant, shopping centres, and stores nearby.

The staff was always there and friendly, whenever I went into the lobby. My room was comfortable, and had everything I needed.

the hotel was really close to the West Edmonton Mall which was the reason of our trip....shopping!!!!!! the staff was friendly and curtious...the room was clean...lots of room to move around which was nice because i have two children.

i requested a playpen for my baby to sleep in, they brought one to the room and when my husband unfolded it, all we could smell was cigarette smoke!!! we phoned the front desk, they looked for one but didnt find one, we just folded it back up and left outside our door....other than that, there nothing that i dont like...

This place is stunning, clean, and has amazing staff who are incredibly friendly and helpful; the room is also pet-friendly, recently renovated, and comes with coffee and a sofa bed.

Staff was excellent.

The rooms let in alot of noise carrying from other rooms from the same floor and the above floor. Very hard to sleep. Good room but horrible for noise. Laughing, talking, sex and you could hear the toilets flush above and next to you.
